The worlds of art, show business and fashion are brought together by Desigual and Cirque du Soleil. The two teamed up for a worldwide partnership, and first collection is designed by the Desigual team and inspired by Cirque de Soleil. “Cirque du Soleil and Desigual have much in common,” said Mario D’Amico, Senior Vice President of Marketing at Cirque du Soleil. “Desigual has chosen to be different in the clothing industry with its outstanding designs and whimsical, fashionable clothes. Cirque du Soleil has brought a similar innovative spirit to circus arts and live entertainment.”The Desigual inspired by Cirque du Soleil collection featuring 60 clothing items will be introduced July 4 at the SS11 New & Good collection catwalk hosted by Desigual, at the European fashion industry at Bread and Butter in Berlin (July 6-8) and in North America at Magic in Las Vegas (August 22-24).
