What is a licensing contract?
With a Licensing Contract the Brand Owner (The Licensor) grants, with a license, to a third party (The Licensee) the use of their brand for the production and distribution of products in a precise territory and through specific distribution channels, for an agreed period of time, and for a payment that the Licensee agrees to pay to the Licensor, in the form of minimum guarantees and/or royalties guarantees and/or royalties calculated on the revenues.
